Thanks I have gotten everything except the training I've clicked on the university buildings and read the stuff but it still says I'm at zero, how do you get culture points. I appreciate your help.

The middle building at the university, contains corses you are to complete. Do enough corses to advance.

A tip... When you start a new level, do the university corses first, It might save you some time..

Hi ya, I just joined the forum & game today. Haven't started playing yet. I've played other MMORPG games, but of quite different nature. Ended up spending too much time on the games, so decided to give this a try since it looks like I'll have more control over this game. At least I don't have to worry about money being robbed by someone else when I sleep. Laughing

btw, anyone knows where we can set off the display of our age in the forum? I can't seem to locate it.

Actually if you spend too much time, as in months in early levels, you will have problems and money could be stolen.

As for your age, set your birthday on the PROFILE link, its at the top of this page.

Surprised That's new to me. How can our money be stolen?

As for the age, I'm referring more to the display of the age (as in not displaying our age). The birthday field is compulsory, so I can't leave that blank. Sorry if this is a stupid qn. Embarassed I've gone through all the links in the forum, but cldn't locate it.

Never mind that part it is something that will happen if you are way overdue. Working your way up in the levels in an ordinary fashion you wont have any such problems. As Sandstorm says it will happen if you spend months in the low levels... You woud'nt wanna do that! Advance and feel the power of effective buisines and money! Very Happy

Yes that is what I was refering to as well... if you don't put a date in, it wont calculate your age. Idea
Hmm, things might have changed since I signed up... so try to leave it blank, if you can't, that means that it is no longer possible to avoid that.

Yup, that can't be done now. Nvr mind, it's not crucial.

Do not wait for it, just leave and come back after 6 hours. It might be that you your prices are too high, in that case you won't sell much. You can take prices between 2$ and 4$, as a rough indication.

Level 1 is simple, buy orange juice, sell it on the beach, and make a nice profit. Try to come to the next level as soon as possible, by 1) following lessons, 2) improving your island, and 3) get a nice amount of money on your caribbean account.
You can find this all on the island screen. - In the next levels the game will be more complex and more fun.

Hi,
I am a mother of two adult kids and grandmother of a 6year old boy(that takes over the puter as soon as he comes home from school) and a 2 year old girl. Currently raising our grandson. Happily married for 28 years in june.
I am pretty much a shut in so I find the internet a wonderful place to be. Just starting this game and hope it proves to be fun. Everyone here sounds nice.

Blade, if I am not mistaken it is not allowed to mention other games here. But for your information, I did play it. (4th place at the end on s2.com) and indeed it not only requires a lot of time, but you have to monitor your account continuous, logging in many times a day, for about 10 month. I'm glad Lagoon doesn't require so much attention, that gives more rest, and is a plus-point for all Lagoonians.

I'll allow it this time since it wasn't intentional. But please restrict the gaming part mentioning, for this game. And talk about others in general, rather than naming them.

Thank you all for understanding.
